Start the day by getting your blood flowing and your mind centered so you can be at your peak to connect, learn and share, or reboot your energy for the afternoon with lunchtime yoga. Yoga sessions will be hosted at 7:30 am and at 1:30 pm; Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Give your body what it needs and put your mind at ease with yoga. Included in this 50min class is breath work, visualization, elements of flow, and surrender. Leave class feeling energized, present, ready to better absorb and retain your Bioneers journey.
